The Pattern I Couldn't Ignore
For more than twenty years, I worked with organizations ranging from startups and small businesses to nonprofit organizations and Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
Although every organization looked different on the surface, I kept seeing the same pattern.
Businesses rarely struggled because people lacked talent or commitment.
They struggled because the critical parts of the business weren't working together.
That realization became the foundation of The Business360 Method®—an integrated approach that helps founders move beyond isolated fixes and build businesses that operate as one connected system.
What Experience Revealed
For more than two decades, I worked with organizations ranging from entrepreneurs and small businesses to nonprofit organizations and Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
Although every business looked different on the surface, the underlying challenges were remarkably consistent.
Businesses rarely struggled because people lacked talent, intelligence, or ambition.
They struggled because the most important parts of the business weren't working together.
Strategy drifted from execution. Marketing operated independently from operations. Communication broke down. Leadership priorities became unclear. Decisions were made in isolation instead of with the entire business in mind.
Over time, those disconnects created unnecessary complexity, stalled growth, and organizations that became harder to lead than they needed to be.
